There is also access to another 40 acres of land through an arrangement with a neighbour. In the past, I kept beef cattle and grew about ten acres of grain each year. The property includes the original updated farm house, as well as a two storey shed, 64'x40' barn, 30'x30' two storey barn, and a 50'x145' barn with a 40'x30' two storey attachment. There is an additional rental house on the property. Drilled artesian well. I would like to see the land remain in farm production. |
